By downloading or using WrapSheet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
WrapSheet helps you photograph gifts, track givers and events, and draft thank-you notes. Some features (including AI scans and note drafts) may require a one-time in-app pass. Passes are not a subscription unless Apple or the App Store listing clearly says otherwise.
Accounts and purchases
- You are responsible for activity under your signed-in Apple account.
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled under Apple’s rules.
- Prices and pass lengths are shown in the App Store and may change.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, notes, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service (for example, identifying gifts or drafting notes). Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse WrapSheet, attempt to break or overload the service, reverse engineer beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
WrapSheet is provided “as is.” AI drafts can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing notes before you send them. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brian Perrella LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brian Perrella LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of WrapSheet. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for WrapSheet in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
